I hit one of our country's in famous potholes and damaged a 17" alloy. I got it repaired but the repair didn't hold out that well and re sealing the tyre didn't help either. Cna i put a inner tube inside the tyre??

No. Time for a new tyre....or wheel.

If your rim is that damaged it won't hold air then I'd want it off the car, never mind ways of trying to keep it on :)

The vibrations and imbalance must be something to be felt :)
