be nice to have something to help me along :)

Green tea. Found in most shops. Not exactly a supplement but 3-4 cups a day would give your metabolism a small boost

    Buy a smaller fork.
    good affordable natural supplements for
    weight loss

There is no good supplement for weight loss, so finding an affordable, natural one is going to be impossible.

Eat less, move more. Thats basically it.

Edit: Green tea is a good idea, but Im not sure if its the kind of supplement the OP had in mind.

Not really, no - none that are legal work well. Eating less calories combined with moving about more is far superior and better in the long run. People are overweight because they eat too much - not because they haven't found the right pill.

Im well aware to eat less and move more thats pretty obvious.
I know there is no miracle pill just talking about a
    small boost :)

Not really, no - none that are legal work well. Even if they were legal there are huge health issues with them anyway.

    +1 for green tea.

Most 'weight loss' supplements contain green tea.

I'm on the green tea as well. I like to add some fresh ginger as well or sometimes a bit of ground cinnamon. Yet to find a magic supplement that works - and I've tried a few! just cleaned up my diet, started lifting weights (little ones) and lost 82lb & counting.

To be honest the only magic solution is lifting weights. Your resting metabolism goes up, so even with zero changes to your diet you are burning more when resting. That alone sees gains(or losses).
