    Hey all,

Looking for a pair of sandals like that of below. Got them as a gift from a shop overseas, and have been unable to track another pair down :( Recently, they're started to come apart (as can be seen in the picture on the right), and thus I'd like to find a new pair. I have superglued the strap back to the main bit, but that only lasted a few weeks.

The main benefits is the amount of padding between my feet and the ground, and the straps are strong, that my feet can breath, and my toes are free. Also, that I can easily slip my feet into them.

Does anyone know where I could something similar? It'll be mainly for around the house, and the odd walk down to the shed. Also, I'm a dude, and they'd need to be around the size 12 mark.

Would you consider Birkenstocks. They have lots of styles similar to this and are incredibly comfortable and hard wearing. There's a shop on Wicklow St in Dublin.

Ecco also do similar for women, I'd imagine they do men's too.

Awesome, I'll check them out. I'll check Ecco out, but I've found their shoes to be massively uncomfortable after wearing them a while, so will use them as a last resort.

Check sports brands and not regular shoe brands. Teva used to have very good reputation when I was wearing them. Salomon could be another good bet but I suspect you'll have to order online.

Edit: I just noticed I saw your picture a bit wrong and you don't need back straps. The suggestion is still the same. Try some sport or surfer brands. They are active lifestyle type sandals.

Have a look at Merrell footwear.

Clarks are always a good option for this kind of thing, particularly in their Outlet store in Kildare Village
