Will they have to pay me?

    _I am working in a job that is pay by the month.
    I am being bullied by most staff including the manager.
    I get paid from the 10th to the 10th and receive my wages
    on the 19th.
    I have complained to the area manager and nothing has
    been done.
    If i give my notice before the 19th will they still have
    to pay me for the work ive already done?

    Most staff and the manager as well :/ Sounds very peculiar. What type of bullying is it?

    It can happen in certain companies with poor management. It is a bit odd though but I have seen it

    Being called names by staff then the manager calls
    me telling me rumours have been going around about
    me for a long time yet she hasnt done anything about it.(This all started when I reported the
    previous managers friend for calling me names) and my
    hours were immediately cut.
    Im being told thats it the past yet my hours are still
    bad.
    I can take a joke but the comments the new manager keeps
    making arent pleasant.
    The old manager and new were friends so im guessing
    thats why the new one is treating me like this.
    Im one of the only Irish people left the rest have
    been pushed out by this bullying.

    Basically all around my weight in some form when
    im a healthy weight for my height so they are just
    targeting me for no reason.

    When I said this to the area manager she asked a member
    of staff did they hear anything they obviously said no and
    so she doesnt believe anything was said :/
