    hello im 27 and 14 stone and have started the gym at work. ive never benig to a gym before whats the best programme for me to start of with for weight loss and fitness

    talk to the gym instructor there about it....they'll be able to have a good talk about it & weight, measure you etc

    Lots of cardio for the weight loss ie treadmill and weights to tone up.

    First@ you have to change your diet. Losing weight is all about eating right. Some people have the believe you can eat crap and still have a nice body. Not going to happen.

    Drink plenty of water for Hydration (added bonus it improves your skin texture'

    The way you lose weight is simply by using your legs. Treadmill, bikes are fit for this purpose.

    If you have an overweight stomach. Recumbent bikes work best. But also works fat off in other areas of the body too!!

    Use it with good resistance setting though. If you are sweating your working fat off remember that.
