    hi folks,
    can someone recommend a CO alarm that they would fit in their home.
    i have a 2 storey house and i am wondering what one to get and where exactly i should fit it.

    EI and kidde seem to be decent, most places will keep the battery type.
    mains versions are available and are a little more exspensive.

    Internals are very similar on all the CO alarms.

    Support local. Buy EI (manufactured in Shannon).

    EI 5 year co detector is about 25 euro plus vat.
    eclipse also do a plug in version.
