Hoping to go to Punchestown today but if not where is the best racing pub in the city centre or a little outside? Also hope to get to the pub Wednesday, Thursday to watch as well. Willing to travel on a bus or dart/Luas for a little. Any ideas?

Went to a pub on Parnell St. recommended here for Cheltenham, got a few looks from the locals was a bit of a strange atmosphere.

The Dame Tavern was busy enough during Cheltenham anyway good atmosphere there. Usually anywhere near a bookies would be your best bet.
