Hey guys, im wondering has anyone been for lessons there recently?

Im playing off 7 and hitting the ball really well lately, albeit with a dodgy over the top swing. But my short game needs serious work. My wedge play and pitching are terrible and my confidence is totally gone.

Is it worth paying big money for a batch of lessons? Which coach would be the best? Any advice would be great thanks.

No need to book a wad load of lessons, they run 3 hour short game clinics which should suit your needs I'd imagine. Covers chipping, bunkers, awkward lies and putting

Attended one with pro named Krishna who was very good, but from what I can gather all the guys in there are pretty good.

How much time would you get with the pro though? I prefer one on one lessons to be honest but might give this a go.

Im sure they do one on one shortgame lessons too, but not sure on the rates?

Think there are usually about 5 to a group so yeah, you could be caught in a scenario where someone is monopolising the pros time, inevitably the 36 handicapper who doesn't seem capable of grasping the most basic instructions from the pro.

But you could ring up and ask about the people that are booked in the sessions to try get in with a group where that's less likely to happen
