finally got crafty fox

got this fox bitch after loosing 6 hens to her had been lamping her with weeks...i kept baiting at a tree about 100yards from my yard decided to bait it today but covered it with rocks off nearby wall to keep her busy....dispatched cleanly one free hand shot for chest got her in front shoulder with 50grain jhp .22 magnum..

ya for sure id leave out food every nite but she.d only take it every second nite so i new her routine...left out food last nite and it was there this morn so went and got scraps off butcher and left them by tree under nice sized rocks...low and behold there she was trying to get it about an hour ago so let her have it....

Nice one Deano. How long in total are you trying to get her.

I've a problem with one myself and for the life of me I just can't get a routine on him. I see him the other day I called he made a b line straight for me the into the ditch not to be seen again.

I know you got scraps from the butchers but what did you use all week.

feeding leftovers from our own dinners mostly.. odd scraps from butchers when id be gettin bits for my own dogs...i hav been watching her with three weeks walking field to find her runs but ive been feeding for about 2 weeks now...only got routine this last week it does take time and that for sure....
