No Programme guide or Planner displaying

This seems to have disappeared from the menu option. Says "Programme information isn't available right now. Please try again later" when I go to the Planner. Anyone know a fix? Thanks, Dermot

have you tried unplugging your box for a few minutes for a hard reboot?
