    Hi Guys,
My car is for the NCT next week and am looking around for a possible replacement in case too much work needs to be done on it.

Am looking at this car http://www.wexfordcarcentre.com/used_car/used_car_detail.aspx?id=107871

I presume it has the same TDCi 1.6 diesel engine as a previous car I was looking at and I have been told about certain things to watch out about when looking at cars with this engine.
Would anyone like to give me opinions on this car. It has Nissan Gold Standard also, which seems like some kind of peace of mind?

    Cheers,

That's a very unusual steering wheel for an LX to have, UK model on Sport Models had this wheel (had an LX interior otherwise) but I don't recall it being availavle on LX models. It may have been an option, or it may have been replaced for another reason.

The advertisement seems to have a few mistakes. The car doesn't have a trip computer only 2007 up had that. There is no rear electric windows see handles in pictures. I'm 99 percent sure it doesn't have alloys there wheel covers (structured wheels). Seems like a reasonably clean car. The mileage seems very low less than 13k km a year where as the national average for diesel cars is 23k km per year.

They say a 12 month or 15000km warranty. If you drive a lot you will have more than 15K done in a few months.

Also the TDCi is a citroen engine and it is supposed to be a bit softer than the old ford TDDi.
