I have no idea where this question would be best suited (please move if there is a better forum) but seeing its the legal forum I'm sure there are more than a few clever clogs here

A friend has asked me to write a letter as part of her application for citizenship, she isn't too sure herself what she should write in her own letter don't mind mine!

Anybody any advice on writing this letter and what exactly is should contain?
