Legal Aid - Arrears of Maintenance

    Hi,
I got a legal aid when I was bringing my ex to court for maintenance for our son in January 2012.
Since then he has not paid the correct amount of maintenance any week and I am thinking of bringing him back to court for arrears in the maintenance order.

Does anyone know if the same legal aid cert will cover the arrears of the maintenance if i go back to court or will I have to apply for legal aid again!
    Thanks

I would suggest that you ring your solicitor and ask him to find out what needs to be done, regarding the legal aid cert.

You don't need a solicitor to go back to court regarding maintenance, if you already received a judgement.

Oh thanks, I didn't realise that! I'll look into it!
