It's absolutely fine and will tone you up assuming the rest of the day you are eating within your calorie limit. I'd even drop the calories by about 300-400 per day to tone up while doing the weights too.

About 2100 using The Harris-Benedict formula (BMR based on total body weight)
    Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 X wt in kg) + (5 X ht in cm) - (6.8 X age in years)

Thoughh i used sedentry as i have a desk job

That workout seems overly complex for a beginner (i assume you are a beginner?) - how long does it take you to do it all? Theres no real reason to do a complex split after 6 weeks of training.

Overly complex, maybe. Either way, keep doing what you're doing and you will tone up. Remember, they say it takes 4 weeks for YOU to notice a change, 8 weeks for friends and family and 12 weeks for everyone else!

Cheers guys, with regards to complexity, i guess we will see, i have done odd gym programs here and there but this time am determined to stick to it. If week 4 etc, becomes complex at least i will have done 3 weeks of good work and can take it from there

Question was more on the Cardio, directly after the weights with little food. Cycling to work is just so much better than the bus, but was making sure i wasnt undoing any of the previous work :)
