Huawei Ascend-broken screen

Hey,
I dropped my phone today and I now have a crack going the whole way across the screen. Its not on the outside of the screen, its underneath and it looks like the colour is bleeding along it....does that make any sense??
Does anybody know if it could be fixed, or, is it worth fixing?

Sounds like the lcd screen is cracked.

They can be bought relatively cheaply and not that hard to replace if you follow youtube videos.

This one is replacing the outer screen and digitizer, but it's the same disassembley process.
