Sky install query

    Hi All,

I live in an apartment complex with a shared Sky dish. I want to get Sky installed next week but I would also like a second “Free to air” satellite connection point installed (in the same location). I cannot see any connections in the apartment and therefore I expect he will have to run a cables from the dish anyway.

Will the Sky engineer be able to install the extra tv point? What would the normal extra fee be? Alternatively can I employ my own satellite engineer to install second point from the shared dish?

I’m a TV sports junkie and in my old house we had a two TV setup where I could watch the Formula One, soccer, rugby etc. simultaneously when the schedules clashed. My TV has a satellite tuner built in and it would be great if this could be done.

    SleepyG
