    Can anyone tell me if its a NCT fail if the drivers seat in coupe won't fold forward to let a passenger in the back?

    It might come under failure item 4 but I guess if the seat back can still be adjusted to suit the driver then it might pass.
    Seats
    1 Loose on runners or insecurely mounted.
    2 Collapsed or framework damaged.

    Driver's Seat
    3 Seat so damaged that driver’s support is impaired.
    4 Driver’s seat adjustment mechanism not functioning correctly.

    Yeah Id say so anyway.

    I failed today on my driver seat not being able to be moved forward, so Id say they will fail yours. If you just fail on that I doubt you have to pay for a retest.

    I was hoping I could avoid a bit of hassle taking it apart to see what's wrong, looks like I'll have a interesting evening....
