This form was given to me along with other forms for me to fill out. There is a section of it that says, "This section to be completed by Local Employment Exchange". This form was given to me along with other forms for me to fill out. There is a section of it that says, "This section to be completed by Local Employment Exchange". I'm not sure if or not this is referring to FÁS.

HOWEVER, my form does not have any of the FÁS logos or anything on it. Should that matter? And is it FÁS I go to to get to fill that part out? If that is the case, do I need to ring them up to make an appointment?

Sorry for the mouthful but this is my first proper training course in a long time and I'm just panicking a bit with all these forms.

Hopefully someone here can explain it better for me.
