    Doing this starting in the morning for the Hospice Assoc Friday Ballymahon to Galway Bay Hotel
    Saturday 220km around Connamara
    Sunday Galway Bay Hotel back to Ballymahon
    Started Cycling on the 27th February my longest spin so far was last Sunday Tour of Sligo 164 km so this will be a great challenge really looking forward to it
