Android Notifications Lottery / Battery Update

Hi,

The wife has been getting some Android notifications as of late.
From Android Lottery Results / Are you todays Android Lottery Winner? and another claiming the battery needs an urgent update.
Anyone any idea around these ?
Are they viruses etc or whats the deal ?

Try addons detector on Google Play store. Handy way to find which app is cause of air push ads

Yep and if she remembers installing a new app recently then try uninstalling it

Skype doesn't send air push notifications.

Airpush Detector will tell you what apps send push notifications.

Airpush is not actually needed at all ( it tells you that itself )

Press and hold the notification and it tells you who is pushing it. ( Goodbye Sesame Street ! )
