If you Nail it you're just putting more holes in it, is it Nailed already ? Torch on would be your best bet for a flat roof

Buy a small tub/tin of Rito Waterstop or a tube of Tec 7/Roof 7 (black, grey, brown, white) in any builders providers or Woodies,B&Q or Homebase.

Caulk Gun,Brush or Roller it on under the felt and on the top too,and then you have a waterproof and watertight roof repair straight away. You can even apply it in wet/damp conditions, and its instantly waterproof.:)

That will get you through until you have the funds to refelt/reroof it.:)

Yeah! Torch on is the best and then paint it with a good silver paint that will reflect the sunshine (whenever it comes out) thus helping to stop it retaining too much heat. But if you cannot wait Until September, then go to the credit union and get a loan get it done now and when you have the money in September pay off the credit union.
