    Hi,
I was wondering could anybody give me an idea of the best primary school/s in edenderry offaly? I'm not from the area so have no idea. I know there's 1 coed catholic scoil bhride. St marys boys and girls, a gaeilscoil and an COI school. I like the idea of co-ed schools but the co-ed ones aren't as long established I think!!! Thanks

You are going to find it hard to get an unbiased answer to that one Amy. I'd say that most parents will say that the school that their children go to is the best. Schoil Bride and the Gael School are working out of rented accommodation at the moment and are getting over crowded. Both were to have new schools built by Sept. but no building has started yet. Where you are living (or going to live) in the town has relevance too. I dont hear bad reports of any of the schools. Best of luck in making a good choice.

Ok thanks for the info.. I will just put names down for each school I think! Don't think it will be as hard to get into as in dublin! I will be living on dunnes stores end of the town! (You know I'm not from there!ha)
