Hi sorry I did look for previous threads just couldn't find a definite answer. I was banned for 3 years in Sept 11' and know you can apply for the license back half way through the ban? The question what is the first step in this, who do i ring / go into to apply for it back? It was my second provisional if that makes any…

It was my second provisional if that makes any difference? which was due to run out in May 11'.

You need to contact a solicitor to make the application on your behalf. If you had one represent you at the time of conviction go back to them.

I didn't have a solicitor, I plead guilty there and then, how do I go about this myself?
