Clothes missing buttons

Hi. Over past years a few pairs of jeans have lost a few buttons .I have 2 button up jumpers gone the same way. Do clothes alteration shops stock spare buttons and could sort this out? Obviously replacement buttons arn't gonna be an exact match or do I have to find buttons first for them to sow on? Thanks

I don't think so. Try a shop like Hickeys that stock material, wool etc.
