Fuel Tank lid central locking Hook

    Hi,
    I've attached a pic from the internet of a Fuel Tank lid central locking solenoid mehanism. It's off an 09 Toyota. The wee piece of plastic that acts as the hook (see the arrow) has broken.

    Anywhere Ive went will only sell the whole unit which is obviously very expensive and a pity as it is only the wee hook that need replacing.

    Anyone know of a website or anywhere that you might get a finiky bit like that?

    The part number of the whole unit is 77030-05011

    A scrap yard is your best bet

    The same piece is probably used on many different models of Toyota

    Any avensis T25 (01/2003-10/2008) has it.

    So breaker's yard is your destination. ;)
