Cider - Bottled too early ? Sulphur

    Hi All,
Think I bottled my cider too early. There was the usual "rhino farts" smell off the brew but left it a while. It's been bottled around a month now, and when I tried it yesterday, it still tasted very 'sulphury'. Is there anything I can do/will happen over time to remove the smell, or will I just need to bin it/hold my nose while drinking it?

    Thanks

I usually leave cider at least three months before opening the first bottle. Mine have always been best after six.

Thanks for that. I'm just concerned that I may have bottled the taste/smell and it won't go away. You reckon another few minutes it should clear? It's my first cider.

No idea. You're the one with the bottles: try it.

Sorry, that should say months! I'll try again in a few weeks. I'm just running a little short on bottles, and if I know it's a failed kit, I may aswell free up the bottles and start again.

Best invest in new bottles and leave your cider alone. Forget about it. In a few months or even this time next year it will taste as it should!

Thanks for that. I guess I'll buy more bottles so. I've 400+ bottles at the minute. Thankfully I've my own cabin for the brews!
