Transfers made and confirmed. Now I run off to the Captain thread to pick their brains......

    Why am I so indecisive?:(

It seems closer than any other weeks Captain choice, with Bale & Walcott neck and neck on FFS captain poll.

Well I am sticking on Walcott. Checked the clean sheets stats and that's good enough for me.

(cue Bale to get a hat-trick)

Made the call Gerrard to Walcott & with monies left over I took a 4pts hit swapping Maloney to Countinho. Going with a 3-5-2 this week coz I'm not sure who Mancini will play in the midweek game for City. I've captained the ever reliable Bale with Walcott VC.

    Robles

    Kompany Shaw O'Brien

    Silva Carzola Walcott Bale Coutinho

    Aguero & Sturridge

    Subs; Lukaku, Davies & Wilson

Made the Tevez to RVP and Mata to Lampard transfer this morning. Still tempted to to do something crazy and go Gabby from Lukaku which would make it -8.

I don't think I'm alone when I say that for the first week in a while I'm totally freaking out over these bloody transfers and game

Captaincy is on RVP right now too, that's probably going to be a paddlin'

Talk on SSN now that Hart might start the cup final, if that's the case then surely pantillimon will start tuesday?

I have Bunn as back up anyway at home to wba so not too bad.

I do think pantillimon will start though today.

Just bought in Kagawa for Michu as an end of season punt. 30 poins ahead in main private league and my team overall looking much stronger than my rivals. A few thousand places off making the top 10000 again so want an extra kick over the final 2 game weeks. Captain RVP and Kagawa (if he even plays) better bring home the bacon in the big game at OT, also have Bale, obviously, Walcott and Lampard - which my rival doesn't

Did Tremmel not play most of the Carling Cup games for Swansea but Vorm started the final?

I think Hart would be alot more annoyed at missing the final than Pantillimon would. Pantillimon is the clear understudy and can't expect to play in a big game like this.

Done. I decided against Van Persie. Was essentially costing 8 points just to get him in and weakening key areas of my team for the final game week (4 to get him in for Tevez and 4 to get money from elsewhere). If he runs riot, good for him.

Michu, Yaya and Mata out for Walcott, Coutinho and Lampard. 4 million in bank for final game week.

I think the news of Mancinis imminent firing will suit fantasy managers. He will defo want to win remaining 3 games now as a f&ck you to the owners. Don't expect as much rotation as I did yesterday
I may even bring in aguero for RVP GW 38 !

I got in Lampard and Carragher for Michu and R Martin. A nice start to the weekend so far!

was happy i didn't do the hit to get santi in for mata when i seen him starting but with a 2 pointer and probably being rested it is now a bad move, but that's hindsight, it could just as easily have been him with 2 assists today.

I didn't know how to break it to Mr Prodston but yesterday morning when I checked the team to make my transfer I realised I only had three fit defenders...

    Enrique, Mertesacker and Dawson.

That would have been fine had Benny Rodgers not thrown a fly in the ointment by stating Friday that he may rotate the Liverpool team.

There was only one way to guarantee I had a sub defender. The loyal, cut price, goal scoring, clean sheet keeping animal that was Mickey T had to go.

I hang my head in shame after it.

1 week ban for being such a callous b@stard. Actually, an additional 1 week ban for hurting Mr. Prodston's feelings.

For the good of the squad it had to happen, surely Mickey T would accept that.

Mickey T might but I know somebody else who wouldn't :pac:

Nah it makes sense, if I had a transfer available I'd have done it too, my bench is Wilson, Townsend and Turner so not the strongest given they've all been injured recently. I've been lucky I haven't needed them so far

Who did you bring in for him?

Martin off Norwich. He was the best of a bad bunch that I could afford.

Thought about a four point hit of Mata to Lampard but didn't bother with it in the end as I'd be worried about Frank getting 90 minutes next week if he plays in the Cup final.

Well that's made up my mind. Ultimate contrarian buy signal.

As soon as you reach the point of ridicule on the Boards FF threads it's time to get on board. Apart from Torres of course. He's just a poor footballer.
    Thank you roryc.

Transfers done, staring at the screen & the two rotation fans,Mancini & Rafa are trolling me.Currently have Hazard in the team & benched Tevez but doing the usual worrying over who'll play & get me decent points.Last night I decided to let auto subs take care of it but of course have ended up 2nd guessing myself.

Don't tell anyone but Mirallis is my secret weapon this gw.

Spent 8 points with Sturridge and Coutinho both in my imports. Sturridge has paid for himself anyway, although he should be on at least a hattrick by now...

He is the 3rd highest scoring midfielder in the game and has 3 things in his favour 1 he plays in a position that will give him chances 2 he plays in a team that scores lots of goals 3 Hes playing against a team thats tired and have to attack. I think he is a great option this week. Cazorla is like Bale from seasons gone by lots of 2 pointers followed by a double digit score. Heres hoping its double digit time.

Good man santi you helped ease the pain of being 1 week late to the sturridge party.
