    Hi boardsheads

Just wondering does anyone know of a set up whereby I could password protect the off function. I've a htc one and if someone steals it I want to be able to find via gps but if they can just turn the phone off it'll be no good.
So if I could somehow set up the phone to ask for a password when you go to power off that would negate that problem!
I've googled it but to no avail, just wondering if anyone had any ideas?

    Thanks for any help!

No, there's no way that could work. What if your phone freezes and you need to reboot it? If you do as you said, you wouldn't be able to turn it off as the phone is frozen and thus the keyboard wouldn't work to enter the password.
