    Howya!!

    Hmm where do I start!
So Mr & Mrs Kitedude did the whole marriage thing in 2009 and hired a tog that was recommended to us by the boss in work.
We met, seen his images and thought he was pretty good and well rounded guy.

With a number of things happening over the last 3.5 years (building a house, having kitedude Jr) we never got around to getting our album.

I tried to make contact by email a number of occasions to the photographer about 2 years ago but never got any reply, we had a family death last year and just after my wife started talking again about the album we never got may have pictures of her aunt. We started trying to make contact by email, phone and text but nothing back. Over the last few weeks we have been trying to contact him on a daily basis.
His phone is ringing out, his emails have only started to bounce and the wife discovered on rollercoster.ie etc that he has done a legger on people that have paid in full!

We paid a deposit of 400E before the wedding and the brother in-law paid another 700E on he day, the total price as 2200E.

Im in the middle of trying to find out if he's still trading as I have a few *cough* contacts in revenue but if I do find him....small claims court?

He's based in Skerries his name is..................Boards is it OK to name him?

Do wedding photographers keep images for years after? I didn't know that

(No idea how you'll find him or what you can do)

I think there is a legal requirement, under the Data Protection Act, to keep images for 7 years.

If you can find his address, small claims court is the way to go.

If I read your opening post right, you still owe him €1,100? I'd say he'd be delighted to hear from you! :D
