This is not a BA as such, but very relevant in this forum i feel.

ROI Clubcard member's can now manage their clubcard account online at http://www.tesco.ie/clubcard/myaccount-register/

They only correct contact details for me they had was my address so i updated my contact numbers, wouldn't want to miss out on winning one of those BUY SCAN WIN promotions etc.

Hopefully Tesco Bank will soon offer online access for ROI now too. This is a step forward for Tesco ROI anyway

It's well worth a look to check details

sadly, you can't register with tesco online it seems - as you have to choose from a list of addresses of already registered users, instead of just being able to input your own address. This is because they have imported the webtool from the uk, which uses postcode lookups to give all possible addresses in that area. It's sadly, pretty clownish by tesco - it's been like this for years. You can ring them and deal with an infuriatingly incompetent help line, I gave up :(

Great to see this functionality available, they used to have limited detail of your Clubcard points available to view if you used online shopping but that's been missing from my online shopping account for a while.

    Thanks to op.

Out of curiosity, what advantage is there of this service? Is it just to check how many points you have online?

I had trouble registering because it was asking me to enter myname exactly as it appeared on my statement, the first name on my clubcard is my initial p but the site won't accept p as a first name. I emailed tham at 1am and they had it sorted first thing in the morning complete with apology.

    clubcard@tesco.co.uk

You obviously need to include your clubcard number, name etc.

They said to wait 24 hours for the changes to come through.

Just registered with my clubcard credit card, thanks OP

My old clubcard was linked to my Tesco credit card when i signed up for it so it's great for being able to view purchases on the CC rather than having to phone Tesco bank. :) and I have €89 in vouchers too :)

yes, to see the latest purchases with tesco credit card - it's very handy now,
but still for the balance you still need to phone them..
    stone age..

I also had trouble registering but it turns out that I was using the wrong clubcard no. I was using the one on the front of my credit card, but that's the not the 'base' one they have. A quick email to the same clubcard address as above sorted it all out pretty painlessly and now I can see where my points are coming from. Pity there isn't a full history, it just goes back to the Jan mail out for me. I've always had a vague sense that Tesco weren't giving me all my points, but it's there in black and white now :)

They also check outstanding vouchers on the freephone number as well. I've done it and its easy, they tell you how many vouchers have been issued, redeemed and outstanding. The number is 00800 00 59 16 88

Did you contact them about it already? You can ring them or e-mail them by going to the Help link.
I was getting the same problem this morning but it turned out they had spelt my name incorrectly in their system and so it would'nt accept my details when I tried to register. I contacted them and they fixed it straight away. Hope this helps.

You can see all your Credit Card transactions? I can only see where it was last used.

Tried to register using my current Email address and Password that allows me access to site, it asks me for Clubcard Number, First Name, Surname, and first line of address (I am using this line of address from my clubcard vouchers received in the post this week) and it won't allow me to log in, says it doesn't recognise my address :(

I can see all transactions back as far as the january clubcard statement (back to november 2012). Click my points, then under the Detail heading click view for either current, May or January. It should list them there.

What's with the printing of labels? Can't you buy all of the deals vouchers online now by just copying and pasting the online codes?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 676 ✭✭✭epopnomis

I was actually planning to use them in the Tesco store...

I had the same issue, i used the "contact us" form on the site and started having a rant :D ive tried the mrs J , the J , all the combinations etc but no use, i sent off the form and they rang me within 5 minutes apologising and saying they fixed the issue and waited on the line whilst i checked, I gotta say I have never, ever experienced such a quick response to an issue with any company, i am still in shock that they called so quickly
had 43 euro in vouchers that i didn't know about as well :D
