Navan Cycle - Simonstown GAA Club Cycle - May 12th

    Simonstown GFC’s, Navan 2013 cycle will take place on Sunday morning, May 12, taking off from the clubhouse at 10.30am. Registration is from 9.45am.
    Simonstown GAA club is on the Proudstown Rd on the way out to the Racecourse.

    Two routes have been planned, 75km and 35km.

    The extended route has been planned to take in Oristown via the Windtown Rd, cut across the main Navan-Kells Road at Bloomsbury and down to Fordstown, via Cortown where refreshments will be provided at Bray’s public house.

    The shorter 35km route is back through Bohermeen, the longer 75km route continues through Athboy, into Trim, out the Dublin Road to Dunsany then left at Belper Cross and up over the Hill of Tara coming home past Royal Tara Golf Club and into Cannistown.

    Food will be provided in Simonstown afterwards and showers will be available for those who wish to avail of them.

    Entry fee is €20 for adults, €10 for under 18s.
