What are the general entry requirements when applying for teaching in the uk? Would a honours d1 in English and a ordinary c3 in maths do?

Without wanting to sound insulting, if you only got a D in english and a C3 in ordinary level maths, I don't think you should be thinking about primary teaching. A C3 in ordinary level maths isn't that far above the level of a good primary school student anyway.
