SFP Application Form

Anyone know where to get an SFP application form? The 2013 forms section of the Dept of Ag does not seem to list it as a download.
We are new entrants and need the form for making a DAS claim.
Does anyone know for a fact that there is no National Reserve this year? Just our luck to miss it by one year!

There are Dept of Ag contact numbers on page 3 and information for new applicants on page 23.

There was an article on "What can new entrants to CAP expect?" in last weeks Farmers Journal.

Google didn't help me find a SFP Application Form for 2013. You might have to contact the Dept of Ag.

In response to a query from a farmer who had not submitted an SFP application before.

The reply was that it was important that pre-printed forms were used as much as possible, you should contact the Department so they can issue a form to you.

You should provide details of herd number, ID number, name and address.

You can contact the Department at your county Lo-Call number or email SFP_co-ordination@agriculture.gov.ie
