Right now, the only achievement I can think of is not punching my colleague at the desk next to me in the face for constantly blowing and noisily popping chewing gum bubbles.

And I'm not too sure how much longer I'll be able to achieve that, either.

I used to have chocolate every day, im trying to give up the habit, as well as eat less junk. In the last week and a half, i've managed to have none for about 7 days. I have had some, but im doing better.
I also only had about 2/3 my regular size bowl of porridge today

I can squish my hand on to the top of my plastic cup at my desk in a way that causes a vacuum and then lift the cup up for at least 2 seconds before it falls off.

I have a red circle on my left hand from doing this on and off for the last hour.

A couple of years ago I had an unoffical world record to be proud of..the worlds longest nipple hair. At over 13cms it was longer than the 11cms someone had in the Guinness book of records. Now I see some Australian has one that's over 15cm. Mine fell out anyways.
