i wonder can someone help before my head explodes

i am painting my hall, stairs and landing but i have no idea what colour

it is long and narrow with no natural light, it has a wine coloured wooden floor downstairs. and with bannisters and beige carpet on the stairs.

it is currently painted magnolia and has been for the last 9 years, i need a change.

any ideas would be really appreciated

    thanks

If it hasn't been painted in 9 years, even painting it magnolia again would be a massive change..
I'd suggest getting a few sample pots, choose light colours as you haven't got the light for a deep colour.
Greys and pale greens are very fashionable at the moment.
But with the wine floor I'd go for something like farrow & balls 'new white' or 'skimming stone'.
If you pick a F&B colour get it mixed up in fleetwood extra plus to save yourself 50% of cost..

    Hi
Try delicate Caramel from the Dulux Simply Colour Range- is a very successful colour when there is little light.-
