Hi all, Having a bit of trouble setting this up. I select Ireland and hit next. It then only gives me the option of Sky ( I'm on UPC)If I hit next, it says an error has occured, Any ideas why UPC is not showing up? Thanks

In the htc one thread it has been "fixed" / worked around.

Pick UK, enter a postcode, then set up your tv and pick cisco as your set top box.

The tv guide channels won't match but the remotes work.
