Certificate Translation

    Hi,

I'm not sure where to post this so just trying it out here. If there's somewhere more suitable I'd appreciate if it could be moved.

I'm hoping to start studying accountancy with ACCA and am hoping to get some exemptions, the course I did is not on their list of courses however having gone through the subjects covered with them they think I may be exempted from the first 3 exams. The problem is they want my degree certificate translated into English as it is currently in Latin. I got on to UCD and they told me to go to the National University of Ireland. Sent my form off to them in early Dec 12 & they quite happily took the money from my account within a week, but I still haven't received the document. I've rang up each month and am told each time that they're so sorry & will send it out 'this week'. In the most recent call (2 weeks ago) I was told that they would send me 2 for any inconvenience caused. I've also emailed & haven't received any reply.

This is getting very frustrating & I really want to get rolling on starting studying, are there any other bodies who can officially translate documents? I know some lecturers over in England who can translate the document for me but this wouldn't be official.

    Thanks for any replies :)
