Good Dublin legal advisor on probate

    I am one of 3 siblings who are waiting for the executors of our father's will to deliver counsel's opinion on a potential dispute between us and another family member. (I won't bore people with the details). The counsel's opinion is due very soon.

    I have decided, if I do not like what this barrister says, to seek another opinion myself and possibly to take things further if need be.

    Can anyone give me the name of a solicitor in the Dublin area who is good on this kind of thing?

    Someone with low fees, or better still someone who might take instruction without needing a large up-front fee, would be particularly welcome.

    You might wish to reconsider your options. You're looking to disregard one professional's expert opinion, transplant it with another opinion that suits you better and you want to do it on the cheap. There is a flaw in the thinking there.
