Mate of mine in Wexford tells me Tesco have a sign up saying from May 7th their new opening hours are 6 a.m. to Midnight, Mon-Sun

So no more 24 hours in Wexford.

Surprised it remained open for 24 hours for such a long time.

There is always Rocklands for emergency such as tablets or other important things you might suddenly really need in the middle of the night.

Tesco Gorey went that way a couple of years ago and I see Tesco Arklow is going back to a midnight closing too. Never did see the reasoning for big supermarkets going 24 hr in rural towns.

Ack, it was so handy for me coming home from a night shift.

But it's fair enough, seemed a massive waste to have such a gigantic place open all night.
