Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I don't know where else to ask. I'm hoping there might be a few jurisprudence nerds on here. :P

I'm struggling with Hart's internal/external point of view. I've read numerous articles and books on it but I just don't understand it. Can anyone point me toward a clear and concise explanation? Thanks.

    No.

That's about as clear and concise as it gets, I'm afraid.

    Internal- law is normative

External- law as predictive indicators of future action.

However, this doesn't really help at all. If you don't understand it after reading "numerous articles and books" then you probably aren't going to. You might just have to wrote learn.
