I saw a car today that I'd be interested in but am just wondering what price you reckon would be ok for it since I'm not too high up with that sort of thing. It's a 1.25 3dr ford fiesta 2005 41,000 miles. What price should we be talking? Thanks for any advice given

After a quick look on DD I'd say in around 4000-4500.
They range from 3000 up to 5000.

About €3500 in my estimation. My sister bought a 2008 similar model nearly 3 years ago for €7500 cash with a 6 month warranty from a Ford dealer.

If you want a car price, then try the revenue.ie VRT calculator for an OMP. It is what they use for calculating the VRT and is good for newer cars.
