First time over this side of boards.ie.

I stuck doing the same thing in galway for longer then i ever wanted.
id like to move away for the summer and see some place new and jersey island popped into my head. nice bit of sun and small enough place to get to know quickly. also mixing with tourism would help me with idea's when id return home.
i did work with tourism before and had 3 hours of tourism studies in college few years ago.
saying that ill try anything from farming to bin man to doing boat trips. anything ill try.
im not expecting to come back after 3-4 months with a huge pile of cash. €100 profit after a week would keep me happy, even less if im having a good time there.
questions are: how easy would it be getting work there?
whats it like renting a room in a house weekly and how much, id guess it would be cheaper for people living on the island rather then over priced holiday homes?
    any website for work?

    thanks for reading :-)

I was there for a year a long time ago in the summer it is next to impossible to find a place to live because of the people visiting the island
A lot of people stayed in camping sites but I think there is a time limit for them so you have to keep moving from 1 to another work was always handy to pick up as I said it was many years ago so a bit of the old Google might help you out :D
