transferring phone credit

    Have a considerable amount of credit I want to use up, is there anyway of transferring this to paypal or something similar to allow me to use it for other purposes?

    There are "talk to" forums for the main ones here

    I think being able to transfer to paypal might leave them open to scams, at best I would be hoping to transfer to another persons number.

    On my pay-as-you go I get double credit for the last year or 2, so I doubt I would be allowed transfer, and definitely not cash it in.

    what network is it?

    You cant cash it in, the only thing close to that was o2 offered an option to trade credit in for vouchers which could be used towards the store but was a limited offer and now over.

    Some networks will allow you to transfer it towards billpay or to another payg account which someone else could use in your family etc but on a case by case basis.

    Vodafone, just have to gift it over in IOUs I think
