re-activating a herd number

Hi guys, I'm just writing on here for advice on how to re-activate a dormant Herd number....It is in my Name and only has been dormant for a year, I want to go back into Farming but I'm not quite sure how i go about re-activating my herd Number. Thanks in Advance for the help.

I'm just writing on here for advice on how to re-activate a dormant Herd number....It is in my Name and only has been dormant for a year, I want to go back into Farming but I'm not quite sure how i go about re-activating my herd Number.
