Online Workouts won't transfer to Garmin Edge 800

Anyone have this problem after creating the workout online? Says the device recieved the file. When I open the Garmin folder there is a file there but it doesn't have the same name as what I called it online. However when I switch on the Garmin there is no sign of the workout. Anyone have this problem after creating the workout online? Says the device recieved the file. I know I can manually create them with the unit but it's a bit slow especially when there's lots of repeat stuff.

Note: I can transfer courses no problem to the Edge 800 from Garmin Connect online.
