hi I have brought the horse to both these places on numerous occasions however what are the exact rules I'm always off the beach by 10 or 1030 so is there official rules 're riding on the beaches I need to know as a group of us 10 -12 riders are willing to go soon but one of the group went to blackwater strand a few years…

I need to know as a group of us 10 -12 riders are willing to go soon but one of the group went to blackwater strand a few years back and a woman reported her to council and they got a 120 euro fine they caused no obstructions or hassle or did anything wrong but just met an awkward person

so any help on this
