Just saw the advert on TV.
Have just bought a place and need to get sofa anyway. I could keep one of the TVs and give the other to my parents.
Has anyone availed of these offers or bought from there?
If so,what is the quality of their stuff like.
Their website has not been updated with the offer.
I don't live too far from one of their stores. Plus there is another store in the town where my parents live.

To me sounds like they are making plenty of profit to give away 2 free TVs.

I would rather they lower their furniture prices than give away free stuff.

I was looking for a sofa a couple of years ago and we seen one we liked in cost plus sofa. I can't remember the exact price of it but a couple of weeks later it was part of a room package where you got one tv a coffee table and two end tables. The price had gone up a couple of hundred euro so your we're actually paying fore the tv and crap quality glass tables.

I also wonder about the quality of the tv,is there a warranty with them.

Anything that comes free is included in the price.

Bottom line, nothing is free. Especially 2 TVs.

You are paying for it somehow.

This is but one of the threads relating to Cost Plus Sofas in the Consumer Issues forum. Have a read of it. It might be no harm to search for "cost plus" in the same forum for other threads.

    HTH.

Have been reading about this company especially the anti cost plus sofa page on Facebook. I think that i won't be heading here.
I wouldn't want the coffee table and side table anyway.

I,ll give you a little tip here.

Go to Cost Plus Sofas in Gullivers Retail Park in Santry.

Then walk right past it and up to The Furniture Liquidator.

You will get a fantastic deal off them and they will look after you.

I had a look in Cost Plus Sofas and I didnt like what I saw to be honest.

Went into TFL and the blond haired lady in there looked after me.I bought a lovely brown leather 3 seat sofa,1 oak TV unit, and 2 oak side tables for feck all euros.:)

Blond lady with the glasses is who you want.;)

She will give you a far better deal than the bloke will.

I dealt with her twice since, and she gave me more money off each time than the bloke was willing to give me off the various pieces of furniture..

My sister has a sofa from there, it's terrible*.

*not all Cost Plus Sofa's may be terrible, but 100% of the sofas that I know that came from there are really uncomfortable and don't hold up to minor wear and tear.
