Wetroom floor cracking

    Hi there,

Looking for some advice on what tradesman to look for to solve a problem I have with our dowstairs shower room. I imagine it's just a tiler but not sure if that is sufficient.

Long and short of it is we moved in 3 years ago and the previous owners have a wetroom shower/toilet built into the garage space.
We have noted in the past couple of months that the floor of the wetroom has sunk in one part of the shower and we can now see that there is a crack in the tiling along the grouting.

As the room is in the garage we cant see any effects of the leaking at present but the concern is obviously water is going down under the floor and possibly soaking whatever strucutre is underneath the floor (wooden beams probably)

    Never done any tiling myself.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks
