02 Sensor Issue

Im getting P0130 and P2031 fault codes on my w203 c180. P2031 is very much a secondary issue I think, and P0130 refers to the upstream 02 Sensor Circuit. I took this graph from Torque+ and it seems the sensor is a bit lazy. Any views? New sensor or should I try something else.

Ran the car for longer with the scan tool attached, and on the over-run on a steep hill, the sensor flatlined at 0 and the Check Engine light came on.
