I am looking for something like this for a friend who has moved to new house

Does anyone know if these will recharge enough in winter to provide light when needed

Does anyone know if this is a good light. it says rechargeable batteries but are not all solar light batteries rechargeable?

The solar light should charge the batteries to keep it going while there is no light available. That all depends on if the light if activated enough times to drain the batteries while not charging.
